TRACKING HELP

Not seeing the update you expected?

Shipment tracking is based on carrier scans, so updates may not appear continuously while your parcel is moving.

Tracking has not updated

A short gap between tracking scans can be normal. Your parcel may still be moving through the carrier network even when a new event has not appeared yet.

Your order is still within the delivery window

The normal total estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, including processing. Continue monitoring the tracking information while your order remains within this timeframe.

The estimated timeframe has passed

If more than 15 business days have passed and the tracking information does not clearly explain the delay, contact Jewels By Nora through our Contact Us page and include your order number.

Marked delivered but not received

Check around the delivery location, with other members of your household, building staff and any safe location used by the carrier. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us so the delivery can be reviewed.
